Our HOT AIR LANCER with its high-intensity heat of 400 + degree centigrade and high pressure compressed air will clear all debris and weed growth in the cracks to revive (bitumin emelsion) to receive heated mastic.
CRACK FILLER
Our CRACK FILLER can fill all cracks with heated mastic which dries up in seconds and prevent water seepage in the base. This prevents major damages taking place .

WORKING PROCESS
HOMOGENISED POTHOLE FIXING
INFRARED technology allows the heat to penetrate from the road surface to three to four inch deep in to the base of asphalt roads.
This process makes the asphalt soft enough within 4-5 minutes, to workable state.
After softening the asphalt you can scrape the surface along with the hole, making it as one unit.
Then you can spray Rejuvenator to the scraped mix , to replenish lost oil and minerals.
Now you can add fresh or reclaimed hot asphalt mix to the patch area.
Making sure the new mix is “1/2 - 3/4” above the remaining road surface.
Now you should clear the surroundings of the patch.
Finally you can compact , from sides first then moving to the centre.
Finishing the area in level with the existing road, With out any seems or joints .
CRACK FILLING EQUIPMENT
A new and innovative method of crack filling.

Our hot air lancer with more than 440 degree heat and high Pressure compressed air blown through the cracks, which clears all debris and vegetation from the cracks.
